Official check-in time for the hotels is 15:00 hours and check-out is 12:00 noon. We highly recommend that all participants reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible. Hotel reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details are fully supplied. The booking will only be final upon receipt of the corresponding full payment.
Please note : Rates for Local participants are subject to additional VAT payment (currently 17%). Any changes in VAT will be reflected in the room rates at the time of payment

Cancellation Policy :
All changes or cancellations should be made in writing to Kenes Israel.

Cancellations/changes received up to March 1st – 75% refund from total reservation amount
Cancellations/changes received up to June 1st – 50% refund from total reservation amount
Cancellations/changes received up to August 1st – 25% refund from total reservation amount
Cancellations/changes received up to August 2snd – total reservation non-refundable
In the event of non-arrival the hotel will automatically release the reservation and payment will be non-refundable
Late Arrival /Early Departure Fee
If you arrive later or leave earlier than said dates of your confirmed booking, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be made.
